GES Holds First Senior Technician Summit

GES held its first Senior Technician Summit in Exton, Pennsylvania, on October 10 and 11. The summit provided an excellent opportunity for learning, networking, and sharing best practices. Technicians from 22 offices attended the meetings. Talks and demonstrations covered technical, operational, and management issues.

Session topics addressed technician tools and resources, client program requirements, data collection, quality assurance, system installation, construction management, system optimization, proper site conditions, warehouse management, and technicians’ roles, responsibilities, and opportunities.
