GES Structure
Employees in GES have the opportunity to work in small or large offices. Our offices vary in size from a few people to well over 100, and the offices are organized into a project team structure. In this environment, cross-training, communication, and sharing of expertise are encouraged.

Education and Professional Development
We support continuing skills development to ensure that employees’ knowledge and abilities remain current in a competitive business environment. Professional development opportunities include on-the-job training as well as learning provided externally.
Financial assistance is provided to employees taking classes that benefit both the employee and the company. GES supports staff members seeking professional certification in their chosen fields, and our educational assistance program includes tuition reimbursement for those pursuing degrees or continuing their education.
We are always focused on the safety of our employees, and we provide OSHA training, CPR and First Aid instruction, and certification in the Loss Prevention System for all employees.
Community Involvement
GES is a responsible corporate citizen. We are committed to environmental stewardship and operating a safe and healthy workplace. We believe in giving back to the communities in which we work and live. GES is actively involved in many charitable causes on the corporate, office, and employee level. Our Good Citizen program highlights some of these causes every month and brings additional attention and support to our local initiatives. Some examples include the Relay for Life of the American Cancer Society; Coast to Coast Bike Tour for the National MS Society; Guts and Glory walk for the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America; Meals on Wheels; Special Olympics; the American Red Cross; and local blood banks.
