GES ReceivesTrademark for Six-Phase Chem Ox

GES' Six-Phase Chemical Oxidation trademark has been officially approved by the US Patent & Trademark Office. Six-Phase Chemical Oxidation includes our patented process using six oxidizing species (ozone, hydrogen peroxide, hydroxyl radicals, sodium persulfate, sulfate radicals, and oxygen) for aggressive site remediation.

GES Presents at NGWA Conference

Mary Ann Parcher and Don Lundy will be teaching a short course: Assessment of LNAPL Volume, Mobility, and Recoverability for Recovery Systems: Design and Risk-Based Corrective Action on November 7 in conjunction with the NGWA Petroleum Hydrocarbons and Organic Chemicals in Ground Water Conference in Houston, Texas.

GES Nears 10th Year in UPitt's Co-Op Program

Since 1998, GES has been a participating employer in the University of Pittsburgh’s Cooperative Engineering program. Lydia Ross, who recently completed her third rotation with GES, wrote an article about her experience for the Univeristy of Pittsburgh's Cooperative Education newsletter.

GES Holds First Senior Technician Summit

GES held its first Senior Technician Summit in Exton, Pennsylvania, on October 10 and 11. The summit provided an excellent opportunity for learning, networking, and sharing best practices. Technicians from 22 offices attended the meetings.
