Michael Lemon serves as the company’s Chief Financial Officer with primary responsibilities in the areas of financial planning, reporting, cash flow management, and risk management. He has held this position for more than two decades, implementing many of the financial controls and processes that have helped facilitate GES’ growth and client diversification throughout his tenure.

Ed Van Woudenberg has served in the role of President since 1999. He plays a fundamental role in shaping the company’s vision and providing strategic direction for business growth and diversification. Under Ed’s leadership, GES has expanded into new geographic markets and technical service areas fueled organic growth and several strategic acquisitions. He is unwavering in his commitment to operating safely and is a hands-on contributor to many of the company’s quality initiatives.

Chris Mulry is a Senior Vice President, serving as a technical advisor and account leader for GES’ oil and gas consulting practice. In this role, Chris works shoulder to shoulder with our project teams and clients to develop strategies and solutions for some of our most complex and technically challenging projects. He is intimately involved in GES’ quality review process, adding a fresh perspective to projects with a detailed eye towards efficiency and practicality that often yields client cost savings.

As Chief Operating Officer, Ann Holmes is focused on making sure GES has the right organizational structure, processes, and systems in place to support and drive outstanding client results. With an eye on efficiency, Ann has played a key role in developing and implementing many of the workflow processes and tools currently in place to facilitate the submittal of timely, quality client deliverables. Ann effectively collaborates across company stakeholder groups to align and advance policies and procedures throughout the organization.
