Tony Kull
Chief Executive Officer
Tony Kull is the owner, founder, and CEO of GES, providing executive guidance and strategic direction. In 1985, he vowed to create a company that fostered teamwork and encouraged ideas and input from its employees - the type of company where people wanted to come to work in the morning. This philosophy has served him well, as he has overseen the growth of GES from a small office in Pennsylvania to one of the top environmental consulting firms in the United States. Tony holds a BS in geology from Kean College and is a licensed professional geologist.
Edward Van Woudenberg
President and Chief Operating Officer
As president and COO, Ed Van Woudenberg leads GES' operations and support divisions. Under his leadership over the past 16 years, GES has expanded into a national company that provides environmental and liability management solutions for many of the largest, most respected companies in the world. Ed keeps our focus on implementing the strategic initiatives that have GES on track for success. Ed holds a BS in geology from Stockton State College. He is a professional geologist, a New Jersey-certified subsurface evaluator, and a licensed US merchant marine officer.
Michael Lemon
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Mike Lemon provides financial leadership to support GES' profitable and sustainable growth. He is responsible for forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring that GES maintains an appropriate capital structure to support its operating plans. Mike has 17 years of industry experience, including 13 years with GES. Mike holds an MBA in finance and environmental law from Widener University and a BS in finance and economics from the University of Delaware.
Operations Leaders
GES' operations leaders focus on maintaining the productivity of GES' local offices to deliver operational excellence and client satisfaction. Operations leaders are ultimately responsible for the health and safety, client satisfaction, profitability, and employee retention for the offices they direct.
Ken Smith
Senior Vice President, Operations
Ken Smith provides operational guidance and technical support to GES offices in the Mid-Atlantic region. He has 23 years of environmental remediation and operations experience, including 13 years with GES. Ken works with John Ennis, corporate counsel, on GES' innovative contracting program. He is the principal manager responsible for developing and implementing GES' Quality Program. Ken also represents Operations on GES' HSSE executive management committee. He holds a BS in geology from the University of Massachusetts and is a professional geologist and a licensed site professional.
Ann Downey
Senior Vice President, Operations
Ann Downey provides operational guidance and technical support to GES offices in the Northeast. She has more than 18 years of environmental consulting experience, including 12 years with GES. She is the principal senior manager guiding our tank compliance program, and she supports continuous company improvement through the implementation of office-specific balanced scorecards. Ann is program manager for an expanding petroleum program. She holds a BS in civil engineering and an EIT certification from the University of Massachusetts.
David Ronnei
Senior Vice President, Operations
Dave Ronnei provides operational guidance and technical support to GES' western offices. He has more than 20 years of leadership experience in environmental operations and customer relationship management. Dave is also a key leader of GES' expansion into Central America and the Caribbean. Dave holds an MS in geology from the University of North Dakota and a BS in geology from St. Cloud State University of Minnesota. He is a professional geologist and an AIPG-certified professional geologist.
Scott McKinney
Vice President, Operations
Scott McKinney provides operational support and technical support to GES' offices in the Southeast and Gulf Coast regions. He has more than 20 years of experience, and has been with GES for 13 years. Scott is a key manager of GES' domestic geographic expansion program. He also leads one of GES' premiere client programs. Scott holds a BS in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Tennessee.

Jeff Gaal
Senior Vice President, Petroleum Services
As head of the petroleum services programs for GES' largest market sector, Jeff develops and implements solutions to meet the business requirements of our major petroleum clients. With 20 years of experience, he has played an integral role in the growth of multi-site portfolio management programs for our major petroleum clients. His areas of focus include consultant balanced scorecards, HSSE, subcontractor management, invoicing, and unit cost work scoping solutions. Jeff holds a BS in geology from the State University of New York at Oneonta.
Christopher Mulry
Vice President, Major Projects
Chris Mulry oversees GES' terminal, pipeline, and refinery projects, and he serves as GES' senior technical consultant. Chris has 20 years of environmental consulting experience, all with GES. He leads the Hydro Group, an affiliation of senior specialists who support all local offices on technically-challenging and high-profile projects. Chris helps integrate technical work groups with operations and program management to ensure that local offices receive the appropriate levels of corporate technical assistance with large-scale client projects. He is a licensed professional geologist who holds an MS in geology from the University of Maine and a BS in geology from the University of Delaware.
Chuck Whisman
Vice President, Engineering
Chuck Whisman leads engineering and technology initiatives at GES and oversees the EDGE and IRSP groups. He has 14 years of experience, 11 years at GES. Chuck has led GES in the development and adoption of leading-edge technologies; these include Max-Ox, our patented aggressive chemical oxidation process, and DAPL, GES' mobile feasibility testing vehicle. Through a network of corporate regional engineering managers, he maintains consistency and quality control for remediation system design, installation, operation, and maintenance. Chuck has a BS in civil engineering and a certificate in environmental engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
Robin Raudenbush
Vice President, Business Development
Robin Raudenbush has 21 years of experience in client program development and business planning. He has been with GES for 13 years. Robin directs the integration of GES' sales and marketing initiatives with strategic business direction and operational requirements. He serves as program manager for several petroleum marketing and transportation companies. Robin holds a BS in business administration from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
John Ennis, Esq.
Vice President, General Counsel
John Ennis directs and manages GES' legal functions. John has 22 years of experience in environmental law and geology. He is a licensed professional geologist and an insurance broker. John provides consulting and insurance solutions to support the acquisition, redevelopment, and divestment of environmentally-impaired properties. John earned a JD from Temple University School of Law and a BS in geology from the University of Delaware.
John Zelechoski
Vice President, Human Resources
John Zelechoski directs GES' employee programs and policies to address the changing needs of our diverse employees. He has been with GES for 15 years, leading the HR group in developing and implementing programs to attract, retain, and reward talented employees. John is a member of the Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) executive management team, whose constant focus is on the protection of GES employees, clients, subcontractors, and the communities in which we work. He holds a BS in business administration from the University of Scranton.
