At the center of our program management team is the dedicated program manager. The GES program manager becomes an extension of the client organization and drives the client’s upper management philosophies throughout our company. The program manager communicates client guidelines for detail, technical innovation, regulatory compliance, health and safety, and financial management.

The GES program manager then works closely with a network of GES account managers. Our account managers follow the program’s established guidelines while also complying with local regulatory and environmental considerations. Because the GES account managers are in regular contact with the GES program manager and the client’s local project managers, they work with a thorough understanding of the client’s business needs. And we believe that’s the only way to work.
