Keith Bradley, REP, CWB

Director of Water and Natural Resources Services

Keith Bradley serves as the Director of GES’ Water and Natural Resources practice. He joined GES in 2017 following the acquisition of KBA EnviroScience where Keith served as the firm’s Principal. Keith played a key role throughout the transition process, integrating KBA’s technical expertise and resources with GES’ broader service capabilities, client programs, and geographic reach. Keith continues to serve as a senior technical resource to our clients and project teams alike on issues related to ecology, water resources, and regulatory compliance. As the leader of this growing practice, Keith is also tasked with mentoring younger professionals and cultivating talent through both training and hands-on project experience.

Keith has more than 40 years of experience managing major programs for clients nationwide in compliance with federal, state, and local environmental programs. He gained early industry as a Fisheries Biologist for the National Marine Fisheries Service and later spent seven years as an employee within the US EPA Region 6 office, where he directed and performed wetland delineations and assessments and managed Superfund field investigations. Keith later transitioned into consulting, eventually starting and building his own consulting practice focused on providing ecological services to clients in the Southwest.

Keith has extensive experience with natural resources projects throughout the US, particularly projects regulated by the Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, Migratory Bird Treaty Act, Coastal Zone Management Act, and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). He has also performed and directed environmental projects under authority of Superfund, RCRA, and TSCA. This unique background enables Keith to approach environmental projects with a holistic perspective, particularly in areas such as ecological risk assessments. Keith routinely provides environmental regulatory training, regulatory and community interfacing, and expert witness testimony.

Keith is a Registered Environmental Professional (REP) and Certified Wildlife Biologist (CWB). He is also a FAA-qualified Airport Biologist, which allows him to assist airports with managing wildlife that present a hazard to aircraft.  Keith is actively engaged in a number of industry associations and groups, including the Society of Texas Environmental Professionals, and City of Dallas Brownfields Forum. He has also held outside leadership positions as the former President of the North Texas Association of Environmental Professionals and also served as an Advisor to the Board of Directors for the Dallas Bar Association’s Environmental Section.  Keith graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Science in Environmental Science. He is currently based in GES’ Lewisville, Texas office.
