GES Welcomes Randy Flowers
GES is pleased to announce the hiring of Randy Flowers as Senior Consultant. Randy’s primary role will include supporting our TPR sector, furthering client relations, and expanding our pipeline permitting and compliance services. He will be reporting to Robin Raudenbush.
Randy has 30 years of environmental experience with industry and the federal and state regulatory communities. He is very knowledgeable of many state and federal environmental regulations, including National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), and US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). He is experienced with budget management for corporate environmental, operations, construction, and engineering programs. Randy has managed environmental site assessments (ESAs) and remediation projects, compliance auditing and corrective action programs, environmental litigation cases, corporate training programs, natural resource permitting, and FERC construction compliance. He has worked with technology service groups developing environmental management system databases and standard operating procedure manuals.

Randy earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Biology. In addition, he is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) and Certified Professional Environmental Auditor (CPEA). Randy lives in Katy, Texas with his wife, Barbara. Away from work, Randy enjoys barbecue competitions and spending time with his four children and eleven grandchildren.
