We are proud to announce that Rich Evans’ abstract has been selected to be presented at the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Synergy for Success 2026 Conference, one of the premier events for quality professionals worldwide.
During the virtual conference on October 7-8, Rich will share the evolution of GES’ Quality Program, highlighting its transformation from a traditional framework of procedures and guidance documents into a proactive, behavior-based program that embeds quality throughout the company’s culture. In April 2026, he presented the same topic at ASQ’s webinar to the Energy and Environmental (EED) and Government Divisions. Following the April webinar, Rich was asked by the chair of the EED to submit the same abstract for the virtual conference in October.
Since 2017, Rich has led GES’ Quality Program while also overseeing the company’s corporate technical functions. His selection as a presenter reflects both his leadership in advancing quality at GES and his service to the profession through volunteer roles with ASQ, including Chair of the Environmental Committee of the Energy and Environmental Division.
