When GES attended BP’s annual contractor’s meeting in Houston this past February, GES was recognized for six years of safe performance. Our local teams have worked under the BP contract for six years – more than 10,000 hours – with no recordable injuries.

GES’ site operations managers come together each spring to review the past year, discuss best management practices, and hone in on key issues for the months ahead. A high point of each meeting is the annual safety awards given to our top-achieving offices.

Continuing our subcontractor outreach, GES held its fifth annual Northeast Region Subcontractors Forum in early March for 20 subcontractor partners, building on the momentum from our Midwest and Southeast forums earlier in the year.

We share a dedication with clients and subcontractors toward Goal Zero – no injuries. When the Shell US West Region reached the milestone of two years at Goal Zero, the Midwestern team celebrated with an event focused on two of our favorite topics – safety and food!

GES has once again been named to the Engineering News-Record (ENR) top 200 environmental firms, moving up six spots to #65 overall. GES also ranked #15 in the top 30 All-Environmental Firms, a list of companies whose environmental revenue is 100% of total company revenue.
